Halifax’s 1st Vegan Butcher Shop specializing in Plant-Based Meats and Cheese!

Sometimes eating a plant-based diet requires more work and planning in the kitchen. We are here to take a bit of the pressure off. 

Stop into our plant based butcher shop open to the public 5 days a week at 2278 Gottingen in Halifax, NS! You will be able to purchase plant based meats and cheeses, eat lunch, talk with the chefs and enjoy the environment of a cruelty free butcher shop. Everything is made by hand in house and our menu will rotate bi-weekly.

Who we are

We are a couple of buds based out of the North End of Halifax, NS. We are creating fun, delicious plant-based meats, cheeses and take out.

Lauren Marshall - a trained chef from the Culinary Institute of Canada and Top Chef alumni works with talented employees on creating delicious veggie based meats and cheeses for you to take home or enjoy in house.
