Instructions: Bake in 1 cup of water or veggie broth with a generous scoop of vegan butter for 55 min at 350 degrees in a roasting pan. Remove cover, baste and bake another 15-20 minutes until golden brown, finish with vegan butter. Let rest 10-15 minutes. Slice and enjoy.
