SMOKEY MAPLE FAKEN

Vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, tomato paste, maple syrup, soy sauce, liquid smoke, spices, sea salt, olive oil.

Preparation: This item is FULLY COOKED. Can be eaten as is (cold) or gently warmed in a pan on medium heat. Two minutes on each side. Great with charcuterie, chopped in a pasta sauce, on sandwiches or as a side with breakfast

Vital wheat gluten, chickpeas, nutritional yeast, vegetable stock (carrots, onion, garlic, leek, cabbage, beets), soy sauce, tomato paste, organic cane sugar, garlic, onion, spices, sea salt, black pepper.

Preparation: This item is FULLY COOKED. Can be eaten cold or gently warmed in a pan with oil on medium heat. Two minutes on each side. We love to steam it in a pan with a little water coating the bottom to keep the meat moist and succulent with our donairs

RIB MEAT

Vital wheat gluten, chickpeas, nutritional yeast, vegetable stock (carrots, onion, garlic, leek, cabbage, beets), soy sauce, tomato paste, garlic, onion, organic cane sugar, spices, sea salt.

Preparation: This item is FULLY COOKED. Fry in pan on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side. Or grill for 10 minutes on the BBQ (5 minutes on each side).

Jackfruit, Ginger BBQ Sauce (ginger, onion, garlic, tomato, molasses, organic cane sugar, tamari - gluten free soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, spices), Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Black Pepper.

POPCORN CHICKEN

Tofu, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetable Stock (carrots, onion, garlic, leek, cabbage, beets) Spices, Sea Salt. For the Coating: Rice Crisps, Corn Flakes, Nutritional Yeast, Spices, Sea Salt, Chickpea Flour.

Preparation: Bake in preheated oven at 350. Bake for 7 minutes, flip and bake an additional 7-9 minutes. Eat when golden and crispy on the outside.
