1 Real Fake Turkey Roast - (serves 6-8) 2.5lbs

Stuffed with house made bread and veggie stuffing made from fresh bakery bread from 24 Carrots Bakery.

Instructions: Remove roast from bag and bake in oven covered for 1 hour and 20 min at 350 degrees in a roasting pan. Fill with a little (1-2 cups) vegetable broth (or water) and a knob of vegan butter- this helps keep moisture in the roast. Remove cover or foil, baste and bake another 15 minutes until golden brown, finish with vegan butter. Let rest 10-15 minutes. Slice and enjoy.
