Two Delish Italian Desserts got married and had a cake!

• A tiramisu inspired CANNOLI Cake! Sicilian-Meets-Treviso Hybrid: A delightful fusion of classic Sicilian cannoli topper (vegan ricotta, chocolate) and Northern Italian Tiramisu (vegan mascarpone & coffee). A decadent and light slice of cake that is creamy and rich in texture but airy, offering a balanced sweetness rather than being overwhelming!

Notes On Nut Free Options:

• The first course is naturally nut free!

• The cashew parm on the second course will have grated oat parm.

• The tira Cake will not contain cashew mascarpone filling but a simple vanilla-bean icing.

Notes on Gluten Free & Soy Free: These two options are paired together - the gluten based items also contain soy!

• In the first course there will be soy free coconut bacon and cashew based instead of tofu based caesar dressing

• For the second course we will be swapping our pasta with the RUMMO gf brand spaghetti (brown rice, corn, rice, potato starch) The mini baguette will be housemade with the bobs redmill 1:1 flour.

• For the third course we will be making a gluten free and soy free tira cake using Bobs Redmill 1:1 Gluten Free Flour Blend. The rest of the components are gluten & soy free naturally!
